Simply put, I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Charge (BIC)--and I am available as a resource for you. We would start with a consultation. After listening to and considering your circumstances, desires, concerns, needs, and preferences-- I will identify trustworthy and competent agents that I believe will be well-suited to serve you. I will reach out to each of them and make sure they are available to accept the referral and will connect you with my top 3 to 4 recommendations.  As a referral agent, I leverage my years of experience, knowledge of and relationships with other agents, familiarity with Triad neighborhoods, and awareness of the market - to offer you INSIGHT, SUPPORT and AGENT RECOMMENDATIONS. 

As your referral agent, after a consultation and thoughtful consideration, I will provide you a shortlist of competent and professional agents I believe will be a good match. 

You will research, possibly interview, and decide upon your agent of choice.

The agent you choose will serve as your agent throughout the transaction. 

Though rarely needed, I remain available to support you and the agent should an extenuating circumstance arise.
